Ordering Policy

  • To complete your order, request you to fill in all the fields at Checkout, including enclosure card information and the current cellular / phone number of recipient
  • While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Residence
  1. Hotel - Full address of the hotel. Room No. Telephone number of the hotel
  2. Residence / Office – Postal address with phone number along with a proper landmark
  • Once an order is completed, no changes or cancellations can be made
  • Every possible effort will be made to execute orders and to be delivered in stipulated time. It shall be customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery instructions are clear and concise
  • Amendments to improve the customer experience will be made in the menu, ordering process and user interface from time to time

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery hours are between 11:00am to 11:00pm
  • Delivery is not available at all restaurants. In case the delivery locality is not listed in the dropdown, delivery orders cannot be placed.
  • Bulk orders may take longer than regular delivery times
  • Customer may call on 98333 80808 between 11:00 hours and 11:00 hours for all bulk order inquiries
  • For all order related inquiries, please call 98333 80808


Refund Policy

  • In an event where the order was not completed by Wok Express, you will get a refund within 7 working days
  • We will not be liable to pay any refunds for wrong address and recipient being unavailable
